Strange Plastic Animals–A Compendium

Have you seen these? I’m collecting. So far, I have catalogued lions, kangaroos, a unicorn and a donkey (not pictured).  They travel in packs, in neighborhoods like Jackson Heights, Ditmas Park/Midwood and the LES. No logic there…if you know who makes these strange plastic animals, please advise!

This Lion sang “Mary had a Litttle Lamb”.  The Unicorn that used to be here played “It’s a small world, as did the Ass, not pictured.

I find the Kangaroos the most disturbing. I’ve seen green, pink and orange, at least. Have you seen them? Or how about the Unicorn. That one was on Election Day, and she was special. If you seen more, please drop us a line

    The colorful animals seem to be a more international take on the traditional American bucking horse coin-op kiddie rides…
